Final Though!

Marvel has had more "bad" movies than DC has, but DC's are more recent in people’s minds, and they are not consistently good.

Loved this episode. I listened to it on the treadmill, agreeing, disagreeing, and re-agreeing with y’all. However, I feel like I MUST stick up for the Shadow; from a camp perspective (which is the only positive perspective it has) it’s pretty good. I mean, Tim Curry, Alan Baldwin AND Ian McKellan are hamming it up like whoa. Whether you love it or hate it, it’s gotta be judged on its own curve (*cough* Evil Dead *cough*).

If you ever need a lady to weigh in (on superheroes, Sherlock, Star Trek, Doctor Who, etc) give me a shout!

Awesome! Glad you enjoyed it. We do have a few episodes you could join use for!

We are working on an episode called “I’m a Nerdy Girl, in a Nerdy World” also. That one, I think I am gonna need some ladies for 🙂

Warning: I will probably talk during it.

Thor 2 is not my favourite because he’s topless, it’s my favourite, because of the kitty at the end. My favourite superhero movie, all in all, would probably be V for Vendetta, if we’re counting it as a superhero movie (and I agree with Jeff that it is), or The Incredibles, if we’re not.

I’m a little surprised Kickass 2 didn’t make the list…it was so bad I only watched about 20 minutes, I think.

Also, Howard the Duck was fantastic, from a “bad movie” perspective. I had a lot of fun with that movie.
